are the products cruelty-free and vegan?
animal cruelty is a big no for us hence our products are cruelty free and vegan.

fragrances in skin care products may cause allergies and skin irritation, our formulation for skinimalist regime is made without any added fragrance.

there is no added colour in our products, all of them are created with natural composition.

can the order be canceled after shipping?
thank you for understanding that an order once shipped cannot be canceled but if you receive any damaged product, please feel free to contact us.
how can i request a return of the products?
you can request a return of the products under the following conditions:

what is the shelf life of the products?
our products are best before 24 months of manufacturing. kindly refer to the outer mono carton/box for checking the expiry date of the product.
